I don't really know what to think, "I think the daughter is friendly, but the owner is much too hasty and uninterested ... and if you have a problem with the pellet stove, you could call them, but they will contact you quickly by email." It's very strange if you have just paid 1700 euros for a pellet stove...
What nice and helpful people! Despite the enormous crowds, they really take the time for you and give sincere and honest advice, even if you want to spend more money unnecessarily. Very personal, good service and good quality products. And always willing to answer all your questions.
The stove itself was very easy to connect to our existing flue. We already enjoyed the warmth at the beginning of the afternoon.
